Why we use it
To create kundali, panchang, gochar, dasha, daily guidance, compatibility and other Jyotish features requested by you.
To keep the account secure, process payments, provide customer support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations in India.
To improve product reliability, language quality and user experience using aggregated or de-identified analytics where practical.
Consent and control
Birth details and chat content are sensitive in practice, so the app should ask for clear consent before storing or using them for personalised guidance.
Users should be able to view, update, export or delete profile data from the app, subject to legal retention and payment/audit requirements.
Marketing communication should be opt-in or easy to opt out of, and essential service messages may still be sent for account security.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with infrastructure, analytics, payment, support and communication processors only for operating the service.
Verified experts may receive the minimum details required to answer a consultation or prepare a paid report when the user requests that service.
Government or law-enforcement requests are handled only when legally valid.
Security and retention
The production service is designed to use encryption in transit, restricted staff access, audit logging and token-based authentication.
Personal data is retained only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, payment records, fraud prevention and user-requested history.
