If a report fails to generate due to a technical issue, users should receive regeneration, wallet credit or refund after support verification.

Completed expert calls or chats are generally non-refundable. Failed connection, duplicate billing or incorrect duration charges should be reviewed through logs.
Store and puja bookings
Physical goods, gemstones, rudraksha, puja kits and bookings should follow the order-specific cancellation, shipping and return terms shown at checkout.
